What law would you change?

I don't care about changing laws; it's the assumptions on which they are founded upon that's the problem. Take care of the why and the what takes care of itself. Can we make it necessary for six people to meet a schedule and cooperate over a period of two years in order to make a baby. If anyone fails to meet the schedule for interaction, no baby results. This way every child will have a much better chance of having a supportive environment.

I'd drop the drinking age to 19. It was 19 here for about 8 months and it was a perfect age. 21 is way too old, imo--if it's 19 you can usually keep the HS out of the bar off roads. Usually.

I'd make it legal to expose one's self in public if one was drunk and high, and all one's as*hole friends were practically daring one to do it.
