I'm never more relaxed than I am after cleaning my room. I don't know why but I always feel better about sitting around doing nothing if everything's clean...

I'm going to also go with a deep massage and pampering, which I've never had. Followed by some time alone, a vacation with some good books, gourmet coffee and a beach would also be relaxing to walk on. That would do it I think.

I agree with northstop on a bookstore and coffee! And I would add taking a stroll through a trail in the mountains, enjoying nature and wildlife. Ah what I would do to be in that spot right now...

I had a very very bad day once. I thought I was going to lose it. I ran to the woods and just sat under the rain. I don't know how long I stayed there. Maybe ten minutes, maybe two hours. No idea. I wasn't there anymore. Even though this day was the worst of my whole life, this moment was the most relaxing I ever had. I think it really saved me.

Sorry, I'm too distracted by the picture to think about the question. ;-) Seriously though...Cuddling with my wife in a beach side cottage with the sound of the surf and a cool breeze wafting through the open windows while listening to quiet relaxing music.
