Yes, I do. I think self-reflection is the only way to break free from our automatic responses (which for me, is usually anger and resentment and criticism). I also think a life without self-reflection sounds kind of boring. Every day I think about what i am doing, why I am doing it and whether it fits my values and the person I want to be. Meditation (while I struggle to do it regularly) is a great way to improve the honesty of self-reflection as well.

Yes, I do. I think about everything I've done and everything I want and how I've acted and how I should act... I spend a hell of a lot of time thinking about myself. Before I go to sleep, in the shower, in my writing, I find time to simply look back. It's theraputic. I'd advise it for anyone. I think everyone should, as a matter of fact. Because ignorance is simply fatal, and when you can't see yourself objectively, it's easy to fall into that trap.

Yes, yes, yes, journals & art are my genesis. When I lose myself, I find myself in my poetry or my art. I can't find a better therapy, come to think of it, I am doing it right now. I just lost my phone and I am glad because now I am actually spending my time answering amazing questions like this one!
