I live in Alaska. The lastest snow I've ever seen is May 1st and the earliest September 11th. March is often the worst month of the year. Usually, there isn't much snow, but it can be very cold, 20 to 30 degrees below zero. One year, there was so much wind, they canceled school for two days. Usually, the snow melts off mid-April and the snow comes back mid-October.

It snowed the week before Halloween this past school year and I'm from New Jersey. Legit, I walked toward the door, my jaw dropped and I went, "Holy s*it it's snowing." And I don't mean a flake or a flurry, I mean it was SNOWING, as in coming down, sticking, white stuff plastered on the street. Weirdest thing in the entire world. Not counting 2003 when it snowed four inches in April, of course.

Absolutely. Wouldn't be lousy Smarch weather without at least one good slushy snow storm.

Come to New Hampshire, some years it'll start snowing in mid-October and the winter won't quit 'till April

It snows in the Sierras through May, sometimes past. I'm not sure where you are from @heatherrocks09 but snow in March is definitely not unusual...

When I lived in up in Maine it could snow in May. I've seen March snows as far south as Kentucky though.
