it's all holy !! Whole and holy and wholeness and healing all derive from the same source in old english. Whenever we fully enter the present moment we experience all of that don't we?Just like in the film there. Everthing is still and silent and we are wholly there, holy moment, holy, wholly healed and all we have done is stopped the noise, the thinking, the chatter of the mind...and discovered the present ...which is always there waiting to be opened.

Perhaps it's better to hold every moment as sacred -- sacred meaning set aside for a specific purpose. That specific purpose is to be holy -- but it is not forced upon us. We can make each moment whatever we wish it to be. Mundane. Everyday. A grind. A rush of business appointments what will amount to very little in the grand scheme of things. Self-serving. A waste. I hold that God's greatest gift to us is the possibility of reconciliation with Him through Christ. The second greatest gift, is our ability to choose what we will make of what's been given us.

What I'm blown away by is that most of the responses here came to a pretty much the same conclusion. Every moment is holy OR potentially holy. We feel or partake of that holiness only if we are in the right frame of mind or spiritual condition... The challenge then is to be in the right frame of mind or condition. And the way to do that it would seem we are saying here is to have moments of holiness and then build on them...

It is easy to find holy moments... its up to us to just make the chose to stop talking for 10 min and see it.. When I say stop talking.. I mean in the mind stop...... oh that’s a chair.. That is grass... That is a bug on the grass oh that is a boy running.. Look at it as just one... Big bundle of boy grass bug chair mix.. When you see the big clump of grass bug chair boy mix... You see the holy moment...

I definitely think that every moment is holy when I become aware of myself and my surrounding, not letting my thoughts control my life but actually being conscious and grounded in the moment. When that recognition of consciousness happens, I feel the difference in the way I live because I'm more present in every moment.

only if you believe in "holy" and only if you are aware of every moment and only in that moment.
