Maybe the universal concept is that we share the ability to aesthetically please and derive pleasure from various sources...? I think that we could all agree that tea and Uno are a perfect match though!

Yes, but that is the problem with the world we want everything to be true for everyone, and this is problematic. I don't see the same as you, even though we are the same "species"

Messy to some is beautiful and to others just messy... This picture may have been a mess when the kids were home. Today now they are gone...this picture has memories of happy times and this picture now looks like perfection :)

Indeed the Golden Ratio does transcend borders and ages. Also facial symmetry in choice of mate is desired across cultures. Also I would expect (and would love to be pointed to a study showing this) that certain color frequencies of light and certain color combinations are considered pleasing across cultures -- much like certain sounds are more pleasing as harmonious and other are dischordant.

That doesnt have to do with art lol, but it has to do with us all agreeing. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder but nothing ugly is too ugly once you know it... and some beauty isnt so much beauty once you know it... beauty is how something or someone makes you feel.

It is very possible for everyone to agree on the Lord, we are all one religion. Prophets come and go building the civilizations of the time. The new World Order is... we are all one, and we can all agree, for each prophet is one of the same, one of God's holy creations. UNITY IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE, it's small minded individuals that refuse to sacrifice what they have previously learned for a greater learning that brings us all together. For example, the Jews ( no offense I love Jewish people my father is jewish) damned Christ, sentenced him to death, while he asked for their forgiveness. What would the whole world do if Jesus returned? Deny him.... damn him... claim he's of falsehood... not realizing he's the very Essence of God. If we all just would agree and recognize beauty, everything is relative and consultation can allow people to draw conclusions that make sense to all. "The World is one country, and Mankind it's citzens."-Baha'u'llah We are all the same if we peel a layer of skin off, we all want to know why and how we got here, and where we will go. We are all one the same journey called life.

Universal? No. That's impossible. Every culture is different, some drastically. Within each culture... culturally asthetically pleasing? Then, I would say yes.

Ask a baby. They are free from what the world says is beautiful but still cry at "ugly" and draw to "pretty".

I don't think so. I think that is possible that some angles and colors are more appealing, however I don't believe that there is one universal concept of aesthetically pleasing. The world is too diverse.
