I don't think the pic is inappropriate. If the pic was of a man in chains, there would be no issue. A picture of another form of bondage doesn't seem inappropriate.

Love. Not just love for another, but do you love yourself? Are you loving your life, your career, your choices? Are you living in such a way that feeds your soul or going through the daily grind just trying to get through the day? Taking chances and challenging yourself, risking it all and trusting that all things are possible is very liberating! Go ahead! LEAP!

Elimination of prejudices. Especially those you have about yourself! I believe the first two responses, attitude and liberation of fear, are right on, and can follow from this.
