Put Your "Eye" on Impulse Buys
Years ago when I was a student I shared a house with a rookie cop. I use to give him a hard time when he came back from grocery shopping with every brightly coloured, shiny, dazzling, and hotly marketed fast food item in the store.
I don't laugh so much now though - here is my last impulse purchase: good-looking, shiny, I had to have it. I have no idea what I was thinking beyond those thoughts. There was no 'need', it was pure 'want' and somehow my brain skipped over everything else. @RaveOnGirl
